Mushroom and Asparagus Stir-fry Recipe
Ingredients:
– 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
– 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional, but adds a nice umami flavor)
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
