Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs: A Comforting Breakfast Tradition

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Grease a small baking dish with cooking spray.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, chives, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the center is just slightly jiggly.
