BBQ Ranch Chicken Pasta Bowl

Step 01

Cook pasta according to package directions. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add broccoli to the boiling pasta water. Drain both and set aside.

Step 02

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken and heat for 2-3 minutes.

Step 03

Stir in the BBQ sauce and ranch dressing. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.

Step 04

Add the drained pasta and broccoli to the skillet and mix everything together until well coated.

Step 05

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 2-3 more minutes, until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
