Braised Ribs with Pineapple

How to cook:
1. Soak ribs in salt water, wash, cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel pineapple, score eyes, wash. Wash shallots, green onions, chili peppers, garlic.
– Chop shallots, green onions, chili peppers, cut green onions into 2cm long pieces.
2. After preparing the ribs, put them in a large bowl. Marinate the ribs with half a tablespoon of seasoning powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, half a tablespoon of salt, 4 tablespoons of fish sauce, 10 grams of ground pepper, half of the minced shallots, garlic and chili. Mix the spices and meat together, marinate the meat for about 30 – 40 minutes for the ribs to absorb the spices.
3. Put the pineapple in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, ⅓ teaspoon of salt, mix well, leave for about 15 minutes for the spices to absorb.
– Prepare a pan, put the pan on the stove, add the marinated pineapple, simmer for 10 minutes, until the pineapple is just cooked.
4. Heat the oil in the pan, add onions, garlic, chili and saute until fragrant. Next, add the marinated ribs, stir well over high heat until the meat is firm and cooked, pour in 300 ml of filtered water.
– Bring the water to a boil again, then turn down the heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. When the meat is well-seasoned, add the marinated pineapple, chopped green onions, chopped chili and ground pepper and turn off the heat. Finally, put it on a plate and enjoy.
