Step 01
Place ground chicken, shredded cheese, scallions, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper into a medium mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.

Measure out 1/2 cup portions of the chicken mixture and shape into even, round patties.
Step 03
Cook patties on an outdoor grill or grill pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.
Step 04
While the patties are grilling, use a sharp knife to remove kernels from the corn cob. Place corn kernels, sliced avocado, and cilantro into a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice, season with salt and black pepper, and combine gently.
Step 05
Top cooked chicken patties with the avocado corn salsa and serve immediately.
