Preparation
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the macaroni according the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking.
- In a bowl large enough to fit the salad, make the dressing:
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, relish, mustard, and salt and pepper.
- Add the celery, carrots, bell pepper, red onion, and cooked macaroni and stir until well coated.
- Taste, and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving and enjoy!
