Ingredients:

For the Filling:

  • 1/2 cup canned crab meat , drained and flaked (or imitation crab)
  • 2 green onions , finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic , minced
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper

For Assembly:

  • 20-24 square wonton wrappers
  • 1 large egg , beaten (for egg wash)
  • Vegetable oil , for frying

For Serving:
