Creamy Chicken Carbonara Pasta

Instructions

Step 01

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water before draining.

Step 02

In a pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

Step 03

In the same pan, add olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

Step 04

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Add heavy cream if a creamier consistency is desired.

Step 05

Toss the drained pasta into the pan with bacon and garlic. Remove from heat and stir in the egg mixture quickly, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve a creamy sauce.

Step 06

Top the pasta with sliced grilled chicken, crispy bacon, and fresh parsley. Serve warm with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
