Directions of making tea

Step 1 Boil water and add cinnamon

Boil in 2 cups of water. Pour the boiling water on the cinnamon. Cover it and let it seep until it is warm enough to drink. Then add lemon in to the tea.

Step 2 Add honey

Add honey when the water is cool. Drink 1/2 of this before going to bed. This will definitely ensure a calm and peaceful sleep. If you are a diabetic, you can skip adding honey then add ginger. Stain it and enjoy.

Step 3 Drink on an empty stomach

This tea can be consumed anytime but can be consumed in the morning. Do not re-heat it in the morning. It is advisable to consume it on an empty stomach.
