Grilled Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich

Steps

Smooth a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.

Spread peanut butter on the inner sides of each slice of bread.

Place banana slices evenly over the peanut butter.

Place two slices of bread, mayonnaise side down and peanut butter side up, on a griddle. Top with the remaining two slices of bread, peanut butter side down.

Cook over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes per side, or until both sides are golden brown and the peanut butter is warm.
