 Instructions

1. Preheat and prepare

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)

  • Grease and line a round cake or loaf tin

2. Mix the dry ingredients

  • In a bowl, whisk together:

    • Flour

    • Baking powder

    • Baking soda

    • Cinnamon

    • Cell

3. Wet ingredients of the cream

  • In another bowl, beat:

    • Melted butter + brown sugar until creamy

    • Add the eggs one by one

    • Mix orange juice and vanilla

4. Combine the mixtures

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture

  • Stir until well blended.

5. Add fruits and nuts

  • Gently incorporate:

    • Dried fruits

    • Chopped nuts

6. Bake

  • Pour the batter into the mold

  • Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

7. Let cool and serve

  • Allow to cool completely before unmolding.

  • Optional: Garnish with powdered sugar or a light frosting
