
Honey Sauce Shrimp
* How to cook:
1. Marinate shrimp: wash shrimp, remove head, peel, remove back vein, marinate with a few slices of ginger, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, a little salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes
2. Put water in a pot, boil then add shrimp to boil
3. Mix sauce: 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon sesame, 150ml coca, stir well
4. Put shrimp and sauce in a pan, turn on high heat and stir well until the sauce thickens, sticks to the shrimp and it’s done
