Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (plant-based or whey)

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter (or cashew butter)

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt
