Lemon Garlic Roasted Chicken Drumsticks
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, zest, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Add the drumsticks and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 15–30 minutes if time allows.
Arrange drumsticks in a baking dish or on a foil-lined tray. Pour any remaining marinade over them.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F / 74°C).
Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh herbs if desired. Serve hot!
