A light, airy cake layered with brown sugar chiffon, caramel whipped cream frosting, and smooth caramel chocolate ganache—perfect for beginner bakers.


Ingredients

    • ½ cup light brown sugar
    • 3 cups heavy cream, divided
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • 5 large eggs, separated
    • ⅓ cup whole milk
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
    • ½ cup flour
    • ¼ cup cornstarch
    • ¼ tsp baking powder
    • ⅓ cup brown sugar (for syrup)
    • ⅓ cup water (for syrup)
    • 100g milk caramel chocolate (or milk chocolate)
