Recipe for making Spaghetti with black pepper sauce, restaurant-style

How to cook:

1. Slice the beef tenderloin, add a little soy sauce, cornstarch and black pepper. Mix well, marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Mix the sauce in the following ratio: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, stir the mixture well.
3. Boil the noodles, rinse with cold water, drain (Remember to add a little cooking oil to make the noodles chewy and not sticky).
4. Slice the green and red bell peppers. Heat oil, add bell peppers and stir-fry, then add marinated beef and stir-fry until cooked. Finally, add noodles, drizzle with mixed sauce. Stir well to absorb the spices. Sprinkle with black pepper and turn off the heat. Serve on a plate & enjoy 😋
