Sautéed Tofu and Lettuce Recipe

Instructions:

Prepare the tofu: Press the tofu to remove excess water. Cut into cubes and set aside.

Heat the oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

Cook the tofu: Add the tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.

Add the garlic: Push the tofu to the side and add the garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

Add the lettuce: Add the lettuce and cook until wilted.

Season: Stir in the soy sauce (ifusing), sesame oil, red chili, salt, and pepper.

Serve: Serve hot with rice
