Stir-fried Pork Liver with Chili Peppers and Scallions Recipe
Ingredients
– 500g Pork, sliced thinly
– 2-3 Red Chili Peppers, thinly sliced (adjust to your spice preference)
– 2-3 Scallions, thinly sliced
– 2 cloves Garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
– 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
– 1 tbsp Shaoxing Rice Wine (optional)
– 1 tbsp Chili Oil (or more to taste)
– 1 tbsp Cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
– Vegetable Oil for stir-frying
– Salt and Pepper to taste
