Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, cooking until onions soften.
- Stir in pizza sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Grease a pie dish and press crescent roll dough to form the crust.
- Pour beef mixture into the crust and sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
- Add pepperoni slices if desired, then sprinkle with oregano and basil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use Italian sausage instead of ground beef for extra flavor.
- Add mushrooms, bell peppers, or olives for more toppings.
- If you prefer a thicker crust, use refrigerated pizza dough instead of crescent rolls.
- Serve with garlic butter or ranch dip for an extra tasty experience
